TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the entrepreneurship program ("Program") offered by Canada Commerce ("CC") to its members ("Member(s)"). By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Liability

Canada Commerce will not be held liable for any damages or loss, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program or any related services, including but not limited to any business plans, application submissions, logo creations, and pitch decks. Canada Commerce shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any and all claims arising from such damages shall be deemed waived by the Member.

Accuracy of Material

Canada Commerce makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the material on its website and in any materials provided to Members as part of the Program. However, Canada Commerce does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or material on its website or provided as part of the Program. Members acknowledge and agree that they rely on such information, content, or material at their own risk and that Canada Commerce shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of such information, content, or material.

Refund Policy

Once a Member logs in to EntreXplore or begins receiving support from one of CC's experts, there will be no refunds. Additionally, once an expert is assigned to a Member, there will be no refunds. Promotional memberships are non-refundable. Any additional purchases of services offered by CC, including but not limited to business plans, application submissions, logo creations, and pitch decks, are non-refundable once our experts begin working on them. Once the work has started, Members cannot receive a refund for these services.

In the event that a member has not logged into the EntreXplore platform or received any services from CC within 30 days of their purchase, they may request a refund by contacting us at info@canadafunds.org. CC reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Termination

Canada Commerce reserves the ultimate power to terminate a membership at any time, with or without prior notice, written or oral, for any reason including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions, exhibiting inappropriate or unprofessional behavior. Members will not be entitled to any compensation or recourse in the event of such termination.

In the event that a membership is terminated, Members shall immediately cease accessing the Program and return any materials or property belonging to Canada Commerce. Any outstanding fees or charges owed to Canada Commerce at the time of termination shall become immediately due and payable.

Changes to the Program

Canada Commerce reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program, the EntreXplore Portal, or any part of the website, with or without prior notice, at any time. Members and third parties will not hold Canada Commerce liable for any damages or losses arising from such modifications or discontinuations.

Canada Commerce will make reasonable efforts to inform Members of any changes to the Program in advance. However, Canada Commerce cannot guarantee that all Members will receive such notice

Canada Commerce may also add new features or services to the Program, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any additional terms and conditions related to these new features or services, and their use of such features or services will be subject to these additional terms and conditions

Canada Commerce is not liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Program, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from modifications or discontinuations of the Program. Members are encouraged to regularly review the Program terms and conditions for any updates or changes.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in the province of Ontario, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

Members are prohibited from using any material on Canada Commerce's website or in any materials provided to Members as part of the Program for commercial use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, transmission, display, or performance. Members are granted limited access to the materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of the materials may result in termination of membership and legal action.

Canada Commerce does not provide grants, loans, wage subsidies, or tax incentives and does not guarantee the approval of any such applications. Any information provided through the Program, website or any other communication medium is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial or tax advice. Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and seek the advice of professional advisors before making any decisions.

Canada Commerce, operated by Canada Commerce Inc., is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how Canada Commerce collects, uses, and discloses personal information from its users ("Users").

Canada Commerce retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide the entrepreneurship program and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Changes to the Agreement

Canada Commerce may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Agreement on Canada Commerce's website. Members are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically for changes. By continuing to use the Program after such modifications, Members agree to be bound by the modified Agreement.

By enrolling in the Program, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
